Where the case is heard
Hilton Head Island does not have its own Family Court. Divorce, custody, support, separation, and enforcement cases for island residents are Beaufort County Family Court cases. The court sits at the county courthouse in Beaufort, at 102 Ribaut Road.
The lawyer who will do the work is Mary Kay Siren. Her office is at 23 Plantation Park Drive, Suite 503, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910. Meetings are there, or by telephone. Hearings are at the courthouse.

The same fields listed on the practice-area pages: separation and separate maintenance, divorce, including uncontested divorce, alimony, property division, child custody, child support, modifications of existing orders, and enforcement.
